When I look at you I know there are things you wont say, you wont tell anyone but me; things you'd rather keep hidden, close, within our little island. But I must tell you, when you fall in line when you light a candle to the baby-carrying black Virgin of the Rule for the welfare for the good health and safety of a mother and an unborn child, a pretty baby girl floating in an unsure but loving womb; when you cry as you pray for the family of a would-be father in pain, even as we reject dogmas that caused centuries of oppression, even as we replace old rituals & symbols to contain our own truths; when you cast your own loving spell of protection when you call upon the universe in utter selflessness from your humblest bone when you sing a cry for help from the depths of your silent human flesh through your helpless fingers washed with unseen tears-- You You... You just don't know how much you really move me.

Thank you Dunstan. This is for someone very special. And his prayers have been answered. The baby was just born last Saturday, and she is so pretty and cute. ^.^
